What Happens If I Don't Update My IDX VOW DLA Agreements?

Whenever you get a website with AgentLocator and you are a member of the TREB Board, you are required to fill out the online IDX VOW and DLA forms.

If you switch brokerages, after submitting these agreements, you will need to update the agreements.  All 3 of them need to be redone. 

If this is not done, by law, we are required to remove all listings from your website.
