How to Setup Your SMS / Text Settings

If you would like to be able to send out text messages directly from the CRM System you will need to create a Twillo Account first.

Once you have created a twillo Account, you will receive the necessary login information.  You must now add that login information into the back end system of your CRM.

Once you have logged into your crm you will need to click on the blue square with the 3 lines at the top of your screen.

Now click on the down arrow to the right of your name.

Now you need to click on Settings

You will now need to enter in

1. Account SID

2. Authentication Key

3. Phone Number - this is your Twillo # NOT your actual cell number

4. Select Your Account Type (Personal, Company)

When you are done, please click on Save at the bottom.
