How to create Auto Responder

1. Click on the “Settings” icon 

2. Take the curser across to “Email” menu tab and click on it

3. Click on the “Auto Responder” tab

4. Click on “Create New Auto Responder”

5. Populate the indicated fields by clicking onto a drop down arrow and selecting from the menu  

6. Click into Create “Automatic Task” and populate the “subject field” and desired time frame for this email to go   out to the leads

7. Click on the “Save” button
