Explanation of the Default Email Campaigns

Below is a list of the available campaigns AgentLocator has in the system for our clients to use.  Have a quick read, to understand what each campaign does, that way you can decide which campaign you want to assign to your lead.  

Buying Lead Campaign

The Buying Lead Campaign is the most widely used campaign that we have.  Generally you will assign this campaign to buyer leads that have come in from your website and have been given a lead type of Other.  Please use this campaign for leads that you have not spoken to, or had a very quick short conversation with and you were not able to find out anything about their home buying needs.

Breakdown of campaign:

-The campaign lasts for 25 days

- It is a mix of listing emails and content follow up emails

- You must manually create the home search for the lead

- Day 1 to Day 7: the lead is scheduled to receive daily follow up content emails along with new listings

- Day 8 to Day 24: the lead will only receive new listings

- Day 25: the lead will receive the "Stop Campaign" email, which lets them know that you have not been able to get a hold of them, therefore you are going to stop sending them listings

- Day 25: the campaign ends, and the lead is then assigned to the Month Later follow up campaign.

** If after you have started the campaign, you speak to the lead, you want to make sure all actions except the Listings are STOPPED

*** If you have a buyer client ie: about to start showings or currently doing showings -- please set them up to receive listings directly from your board

Month Later Follow Up

The Month Later Follow Up Campaign, is one that automatically gets assigned to lead, after the Buying Lead Campaign ends.  This is a campaign that you should NEVER manually assign to a lead

Breakdown of the Campaign:

- It is just one email that gets sent out 30 days after it has been assigned to a lead

- The email just asks if they are still looking to buy a home

Automated Prospect Match

The Automated Prospect match is a campaign that automatically gets assigned to leads who have registered from your "Get Listings In Your Inbox" landing page.  You can manually assign a lead to this campaign as well, if it is a buyer lead that you have spoken to.

Breakdown of the Campaign:

- This campaign has NO content emails

- This campaign just has one action item, which is to send out listings

-If you manually added the lead to the campaign, you will need to create their home search for them

- If the lead was assigned because they registered via the landing page, the search is automatically created. Please double check the notes on file for their search; as the search is automatically setup for a CITY not a COMMUNITY

 

*** If you have a buyer client ie: about to start showings or currently doing showings -- please set them up to receive listings directly from your board

This is an email campaign designed to help educate the First Time Buyer on the buying process.

The 21 Day Advantage

The 21 Day Advantage is a very proactive buyer lead follow up campaign.  You can assign this campaign to buyer leads that have come in from your website and have been given a lead type of Other.  Please use this campaign for leads that you have not spoken to, or had a very quick short conversation with and you were not able to find out anything about their home buying needs.

Breakdown of campaign:

-The campaign does not end

- It is a mix of listing emails,  content follow up emails and follow up tasks for the agent

- You must manually create the home search for the lead

- The campaign reminds the agent to call and text the lead every other day

 

** If after you have started the campaign, you speak to the lead, you want to make sure all actions except the Listings are STOPPED

*** If you have a buyer client ie: about to start showings or currently doing showings -- please set them up to receive listings directly from your board
