If you no longer want to have the ability to send and receive text messages from the CRM system; you will need to cancel your account with Twilio.
To start you will need to login to Twilio
Enter in your Twilio username and password. If you did not create the Twilio account (someone from AgentLocator did), please contact that employee for your login information.
In the top right hand corner, click on your name and then click on Account
At the bottom of the screen there will be the option to close your account.
