When the AI bot reaches the stages Interested or Needs Follow Up, a tag will be assigned to the lead, depending on the stage:
When the lead engages with the bot > AI: Bot Engaged
When the AI Bot recognizes the lead needs follow-up > AI: Needs Follow-Up
When the AI Bot recognizes the lead is interested > AI: Interested
When the AI Bot recognizes there’s no interest > AI: Not Interested
Additionally, when the lead engages with the bot (when the bot starts or sends the first message to the lead) a tag AI: Bot Engaged will be assigned to the lead.
