How to find a lead in your system
Follow these simple steps to find an existing lead in your dashboard:
Step 1 Go to the CRM dashboard.
Step 2 To find an existing lead in your dashboard what you're going to do is use the search bar.
You can look for a lead based on their: contact details, whether it's their first or last name, a phone number, or their email address.
After choosing the preferred identifier you will then click on: Search.
Step 3 If you're looking for leads based on various scenarios or situations, you can use the: Filters to be able to do that.
Let's say you want to filter all the first-time buyers in your database.
You can easily apply the following filter to do that:
Tag - Has All Selected Tags - First Time Buyer
