Adjusting Lead Alerts

With the AgentLocator platform, we do have lead alerts in place that will notify you based on various activity factors of your leads. These settings are also fully under your control.

Step 1 Click on: User preferences.

Step 2 Navigate over to the: Lead alerts tab .

If you scroll down you, will find a couple of different options:

Option 1 - Alert when Lead becomes active for the first time or after 4 hours.

This one will essentially give you an alert when a lead is active after 4 hours of inactivity. Every time they log in, you're going to get a notification that a lead is active.

You can get notified by e-mail and SMS, or you can modify to either, just SMS or just e-mail.

Of course, you can toggle this to no if you don't wish to receive this specific notification. Or you can select the third option "only on selected leads" if there are specific leads in your system that you want to get those notifications for.

Option 2 - Alert when Lead looks at the same property 3 times

When a lead has looked at any property 3 or more times, the system will send you a notification. You can change the settings on that and how you're notified.

You can get notified by e-mail and SMS, or you can modify to either, just SMS or just e-mail.

Option 3 - Get notified when a lead likes a property.

Note - Being able to engage with a lead based on them liking a listing is a great way to initiate a conversation or establish a relationship with your lead.

You can get notified by e-mail and SMS, or you can modify to either, just SMS or just e-mail.

Option 4 - Alert when Lead becomes active after 30 days

If you have a lead in your system that has not been engaging with listings for more than 30 days, And all of a sudden that lead engages with a listing after 30 days of inactivity, the system is going to notify you.

You can get notified by e-mail and SMS, or you can modify to either, just SMS or just e-mail.

You also have other options:

When a lead unsubscribes from StreetMatch, you will get a notification.

And in case you want to receive daily reminders about tasks you can leave the receive daily reminders about tasks toggled on in your system.

You can choose which tasks you are going to get notified on by selecting one of the options in the dropdown menu.

We recommend keeping the selection limited to the following statuses: 'not started', 'in progress', 'waiting on someone else', as not to get spammed with notifications of completed/closed tasks.

And it will send you an e-mail every morning with any of your upcoming tasks for today, or anything that is currently sitting in the overdue status.
