How to find leads that downloaded the HomeLocator App

The filter option is a great way to filter out leads that have downloaded the HomeLocator app, or leads that have been active on the app. 

Step 1 So the first thing you're going to do is log into the CRM, go to the homepage where all of your leads are, and then you're going to click on: Add Filter Item button.

Step 2 After you've completed that step you are just going to click on this dropdown and search for HomeLocator and two filter items will show up.

1. Downloaded HomeLocator app filter is going to show you all the leads that have or haven't downloaded the app. 

For example: You can use the Has Not Downloaded filter in case you want to send an e-mail or SMS to leads with the link to download the HomeLocator app.

Has downloaded filter will also allow you to choose the timeline. 

All Time: For leads that have downloaded the app at any point while in your CRM.

You also have options: Today, Yesterday, This Month, Last Month

This Year, Last Year: For leads that have downloaded the app in the current or last year. 

All Before This Date: For leads that have download the app before a specific date

All After This Date: For leads that have download the app after a specific date.

All Between These Dates: For leads that have download the app between two specific dates. 

Now onto the second filter. 

2. Home Locator app usage: With this filter you'll be tracking the last activity on the app, and in the third dropdown you will be able to choose a timeline. 

For example: If you're looking for leads that were active today, you would choose today. 

All Time: For leads that have used the app at any point while in your CRM.

You also have options: Today, Yesterday, This Month, Last Month

This Year, Last Year: For leads that have used the app in the current or last year. 

All Before This Date: For leads that have used the app before a specific date

All After This Date: For leads that have used the app after a specific date

All Between These Dates: For leads that have used the app between two specific dates.
