Sending Mass E-mail / SMS to your leads to download HomeLocator App
Step 1 You will first go to: Add Filter Item.
Step 2 Then you are going to pull the leads to whom you want to send the link to download the app i.e. you can do that by using tags as shown on the example below. Hit the apply filter button.
Step 3 All leads can be selected by clicking on the top checkbox column and then selecting the option: Select all.
Step 4 Once all leads have been selected, you will then navigate over to: Apply Actions.
Step 5 Choose the option: Send mass Lead mobile app download link E-mail. When you click on that, the following window will pop up. Click on the Yes button.
After you click on Yes, you will then see a notification in the right-hand corner of your screen, informing you that the mass e-mail has been successfully sent out.
This way all of the selected users will receive an e-mail from which they can download the app.
The title of the e-mail will say HomeLocator mobile app download link.
The person that the e-mail is going to be going out from will be the agent that is assigned to that lead.
Step 6 In case you want to send a mass SMS instead, you are going to repeat all mentioned steps but choose the option Send mass Lead mobile app download link SMS instead.
Step 7 Once done, a pop-up is going to appear.
Once you click on the Yes button, you will then see a notification in the right-hand corner of your screen, informing you that the mass SMS has been successfully sent out.
Please note that a lot of these people need a little bit of convincing to get them to download the application, so we don't suggest that you just send the app link to everyone in your database. i.e. somebody that is in the process of buying a home, telling them why they would use the application and how the application can help them in their buying process would be more likely to get them to download the app.
