This guide explains how to configure CashBack settings for your website in AgentLocator, including turning the feature on/off, adjusting percentages, minimum property values, and updating terms of use messages.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log into the CRM: Open your CRM and enter your login details.
- Go to the Websites tab: Access all your websites from the left-hand menu.
- Open Site Manager: Click Site Manager to manage your domains.
- Choose your website: Select the website you want to set up CashBack for from the list.
- Go to Website Settings: Navigate to the Website Settings tab.
- Open the General tab: Click on General and scroll down to find the CashBack section.
- Enable or disable CashBack: Use the toggle to turn CashBack on or off.
- Adjust CashBack amounts: Set the CashBack percentage and minimum property value. Each section can be adjusted separately.
- Update Terms of Use message: Edit the terms of use message for CashBack as needed. These terms will automatically appear in a new "Cashback Policy" section at the bottom of your website’s public Terms of Use page
- Save changes: Go to the top of the page and click Save Changes to apply your updates.
