In order to resolve this issue, please log in to your Twilio.com console and perform the following steps:
- Disable voice recording encryption, as referenced in the screenshot below. You can locate this setting by searching for "Voice Recording."
Disable HTTP Basic Authentication for media access - also referenced in the screenshot below.
