We are delighted to introduce an essential enhancement to our Site Manager that empowers clients to customize the property statuses displayed on their website.
With the new "Status Menu Settings" feature, clients can now choose to hide specific statuses such as "For Sale," "For Rent," "Sold," or "Rented" based on their preferences. This update is designed to give clients greater control over the content displayed on their websites and streamline the user experience.
Key Features:
- Customizable Status Display: The "Status Menu Settings" feature allows clients to hide specific property statuses (e.g., For Sale, For Rent, Sold, Rented) on their website. Clients can choose to display only the statuses relevant to their business.
- Lead Warning for SLS: If a client hides a status that is part of a saved lead search (SLS) for a lead, that lead will receive a warning when they visit the website. The warning informs them that some statuses have been hidden but gives them the option to proceed.
- Tagging and System Note: If the lead proceeds despite the warning, they will be tagged, and a system note will be added to their profile. This provides agents with valuable information about leads who continued their search despite hidden statuses.
