The FORD tab is a function that can be installed in your CRM. FORD stands for [family, occupation, hobbies, dreams]. Using the ford tab will allow you to add spousal information for your leads as well as many other things.

Login to your CRM
Click on Settings and then Lead Tabs
Once you are in the menu, you will be asked to activate and change the settings. Choose "F.O.R.D" to "Yes"
Now click on Save Settings.
