The video below will walk you through the process of exporting your leads into an Excel or CSV file. It demonstrates the steps needed to select the leads you want and download them in a format that can be easily opened and managed in Excel or CSV. Watch the video to see how to quickly export your data for reporting, organization, or further analysis.
Step 1 Login to your CRM account and apply any desired filters to get a list of specific target audience, or leave the filters blank if you wish to export all leads.
Step 2 Once you find the leads that you want to export, select them by checking the individual boxes next to their names, or click the master checkbox at the top of the column (next to INFO) to select all leads currently displayed on the dashboard.
Step 3 A yellow banner will appear above the lead list, showcasing the number of selected leads. Click on Select all to select all leads matching the criteria:
Step 3 Click the Apply Actions drop-down menu located at the top of your lead list and select Export leads
Step 4 Review the list of available fields in the pop-up. Toggle your preferred fields to Yes or No depending on what information you need in your CSV file.
Here are the fields included in that export:
- Automatically Selected (Yes by default): First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email, Address, and Date Lead Registered.
- Optional Fields (No by default): IP Location, Source, Lead Type, Pipeline, Tags, Lead Description, System Notes, Agent Notes, Call Notes, Tasks, Date of Birth, and Main Agent.
Step 5 Add a name to your file under Export name and click on the export button. When the file is ready for download, you will be notified through your email. You will also be able to view the export file on the Export page in the Administration Menu. You can continue working in the CRM while this happens in the background.
Step 6 You will receive an email with a link to access the file once the export is completed, or click on the CRM notification that will be displayed within your dashboard.

In case the standard export is not sufficient, we do offer a custom export which is accompanied with a $70 fee.
