What is Lead Sharing Used for?

If you have a team and you wish to automatically assign leads to team members based on certain rules you can do this through a lead sharing policy.

How do I add users to lead sharing?

In your CRM go to Settings >> Lead Sharing

  1. Click on the "New Lead Sharing" button.
  2. Select a Source which you wish to create a lead sharing policy for
  3. Select User(s) which you wish to share these leads with.
  4. Click on "Create New Sharing Policy"

How do I remove a user from lead sharing?

In your CRM go to Settings >> Lead Sharing

  1. Click on "Edit" beside the source you wish to edit.
  2. From the list of users selected de-select the agent or select other agents.
  3. Click on "Save Changes"
