How Will I Be Notified When A New Lead Registers?

When a new lead / prospect registers on your site, the system is defaulted to send you an email to the account holder.  Below is what the email you receive will look like.

EMAIL ALERT

The subject of the Email is "New Other Lead".  Within the body of the email you will be able to see the name and contact information for the lead, along with a link to your CRM.

 

NOTE:  The term other refers the the lead type.  If the lead registers as a streetmatch or homeworth lead, it will say New StreetMatch Lead.

If you have set yourself up to receive SMS alerts as well, this is what your notification will look like.  If you would like to set yourself up to receive SMS alerts, follow these instructions.

NOTE: For sms alerts, we are only able to display 160 characters.  Therefore depending on your domain name or the clients name/email address; you may not see as much content as the sample below.
