All About the Testimonial

In this guide, you will see how to add testimonials, how to approve testimonials and how to hide a testimonial from your website.  


NOTE: If you are unable to see testimonials on your website, (although you know some clients have inputted it) it is most likely due to the fact that you have not validated the testimonial.  To validate your testimonials so they will be visible on your website, please follow the steps below.


First login to your CRM.

Click on Website and then your website domain name.

Click on Use in Website Editor

A new screen/page will open with your website.  Please find and click on your testimonials page.

NOTE: For most of our clients, the Testimonial page is under the About page.

Find the selected testimonial you would like to make visible on your site.  Now change the setting to yes under Valid and click on Save at the bottom.

NOTE: The save button is under each testimonial, so you will need to click the save button that is for that particular testimonial.

TIP: If you would like this Testimonial to be at the top of the page, then click Yes under the Featured option.

Now you should be able to see the testimonial on your website.
