As a successful agent, it is imperative that you measure and track what you are doing and the results that you are getting. One way AgentLocator helps you achieve this, is by creating reports that you can access from your CRM system.
There are various reports that can be pulled from the system. There are two categories Total Reports and Productivity.

2. Total Leads by Hour
3. Total Leads by Month
4. Total Leads by Source
5. Total Leads by Status
6. Activity Dashboard
7. Agent Activity
8. Call Reports
9. Agent Hourly, Daily, Monthly Notes
TIP: The system is defaulted to display results for "This Month" if you would like to change it, please select a different display option from the drop down menu on the right hand side of the screen.
NOTE: All reports shown below are with the display option of "This Year"
Total Leads by Hour
This will inform you of the hour that you are receiving your new leads. The Hour is done by a 24 Hour Clock.
Total Leads by Source
This will break down for you which source / prospecting method / lead generating method (that you have inputted into the system) is yielding you the most leads.
NOTE: Some agents may have over 10 sources, while other agents may only have 3. This all depends on which source options you have created in the system.
Total Leads by Status
This is a breakdown of leads by the status you have assigned your leads. If you have not created custom Status or have changed your leads status, then the lead status stats will not be an accurate depiction of what is going on with your business.
