The [Widget(FeaturedListings)] showcases your personal listings as well as the listings in your brokerage. You have the ability to choose if you want to have featured listings on your website and if so how many of them you would like shown. You can showcase as little as 4 listings or as many as 40. The choice is yours :) You can also choose which Listings you want to showcase according to the city the listing resides in as well as the property type.
Login to your CRM
Click on Websites and then your domain name.
Click on Use In Website Editor
Now go to the page on your site that you would like at add the Featured Listing Widget to. In this case, it will be put on the homepage. Afterwards click on the Content Editor.
Now enter in the Featured Listing Widget.
Click outside of the content box to confirm & save your changes.
Turn the Widget editor on.
Click on the Featured Listings Settings button once you turn on your editing widget.
1. Show Featured Listings Globally
To show your featured listings on every page, select Global Widget. If you are not making any other changes to your Featured Listings. Make sure you click Save & Refresh.
1. Show Featured Listings on a Certain Page
If you only want Featured Listings to show on a certain page, go to that page and then click on the Featured Listings Settings and then change the option to Just This Page. For this example, the Featured Listings will only be seen from the home page of the website. Click Save & Refresh to make sure your changes are saved.
2. Hide Featured Listings
If you don't want the featured listings to be seen on any page, under the Hide option choose yes. If you are finished with your changes, click on Save & Refresh to save them.
3. Change the Title for the Featured Listings
You have the ability to change the name of the Featured Listings. If you do change the name of the Section, make it something that is attention grabbing and is reflective of who is visiting your website.
4. City Selection
You have the ability to only showcase properties from specified cities. To do this enter in the city names separated by a comma. Please do not put a space after the comma.
5. Limit to Type of Home (Optional)
You have the ability to only showcase properties that are a specific Home Type. If you would like to showcase more than once home type, hold the CTRL key on the keyboard while selecting the desired property types.
6. Change the Number of Featured Listings
As previously said, you have an option to show 4 to 40 listings under the Featured Listing section. The system default is set to 8. Select the number of listings you would like to be shown from the drop down menu and then click Save & Refresh to ensure your changes have been saved.
7. Choose Which Version to Show
Depending on the layout of your website you will need to select either V1 or V2. Select V1 if you are on layout 1-4. Select V2 if you are on layout 6 or 7
