As a client of AgentLocator, you will notice that all of our support and sales staff use Join.Me for training and support. We would like you to become familiar with this website. The great thing about Join.Me is that you will never have to download any software unless you would like to.
NOTE: Downloading the software is recommended for those who would prefer to listen/connect to the audio from their computer and not by phone.
Now on the homepage of this website you will see the option to join the meeting. Enter in the unique 9 digit code that our sales or support staff have provided you. Click on the green arrow button.
NOTE: Each time you use Join.Me the 9 digit code will be different.
SHARE MY SCREEN
You will now be asked to enter in your name. Please enter in your first name and click on Knock to Join.
NOTE: The presenter of the session (AL Staff) will have to then "allow" you to share their screen.
JOIN THE AUDIO
You will now have to join the audio, so you can hear the presenter. To view the audio instructions click on the phone button at the top of the join.me screen.
NOTE: We prefer if you join the audio through this system, as opposed to the staffer calling you because if you join the audio through this system, the staffer will be able to record the session for you to review at a later time.
Call via Internet / Call by Computer
As previously stated, to connect to the audio via your computer you will need to download the software. If you would like to do so click on Call via Internet and then click on download.
Call by Phone
When you click on Call by Phone, this will give you the instructions on what number to use.
Depending on where you are located, you may need to change the "dial in " number to one that is closer to your location. To do this click the international phone number button.
Scroll down and find the location closest to you. In this example, we will be selecting Canada - Toronto.
