Using the [Widget(PreconstructionProperties)] will allow you to add your preconstruction properties on your website without having to create a preconstruction theme template page.
Login to the CRM.
Click on Websites and then on your domain name.
Now click on Use in Website Editor
When your website opens, please find the website page that you would like to add the preconstruction widget to.
Turn the content editor on by clicking on the content editor button.
Now enter in the preconstruction widget into the content box.
Click outside of the content box to save the changes. Click OK to confirm the changes.
Turn the content editor off.
