List of all the Community Filter Options for the V2 Listing Search (TREB)

Below is a list of all of the various search filters and how to use them.

NOTE: When creating a search for a client/lead, only use the filters that you need.

NOTE: All of these filters are available for those on the Toronto Real Estate Board.

Map Radius/Polygon

Click on the Polygon button.  You will now map out the area that you would like to search for listings.  

NOTE: Please left click to create your points.  Make sure your first point and last point connect.  

After you have selected your area, click on Add.

City

Type in the City name in the search box and then click on the City at the bottom.  Afterwards click on Add Filter.

List Price

Choose from the drop down menu which option you would like to use.  

NOTE: You are unable to choose a price range at this time.  If you would like to use a price range for example listings between 500,000 to 600,000, you will need to do the List Price filter twice. The first one would be "Price is Equal to or Greater Than" 500,000.  The second one would be "Price is Equal to or Less Than" 600,000.

Add in the Amount and then click on Add Filter.

For Sale/Rent

Select either Lease or Sale and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: You are able to select both Lease and Sale.  Just note if you do this, a List Price filter will not find the appropriate listings.

Community

Type in the Community name in the box and then click on Show Options.  Now click on the Community in the drop down menu.  Lastly  click on Add Filter.

Washrooms

Select the amount of washrooms your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  You may also just drag with your mouse to select more than one option.

Bedrooms

Select the amount of bedrooms your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  You may also just drag with your mouse to select more than one option.

Kitchens

Select the amount of Kitchens your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  You may also just drag with your mouse to select more than one option.

Bedrooms Plus

Select the amount of bedrooms plus your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  You may also just drag with your mouse to select more than one option.

Kitchens Plus

Select the amount of Kitchen Plus options your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  You may also just drag with your mouse to select more than one option.

Type of Home

Select the type of housing your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Style of Home

Select the style of housing your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Basement

Select the basement options your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Basement 2

Select the basement 2 options your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Approximate Square Footage

Select the square footage amounts your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Approximate Age

Select the age of the house your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Acreage

Select the Acreage your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Type of Exterior

Select the type of exterior your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Type of Exterior 2

Select the type of exterior your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Pool

Select the pool option your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Waterfront

Select the Waterfront option your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Heat Source

Select the Heat Source your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Type of Heating

Select the Type of Heating your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Exposure

Select the Exposure your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Fronting

Select the Fronting option your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Balcony

Select the Balcony option that your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Pets

Select the Pet option your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Ensuite Laundry

Select the Ensuite Laundry option that your lead desires.  Then click on Add Filter.

Air Conditioning

Select the Air Conditioning option your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Address

Enter in the streetname that you would like to filter and then click on Show Options.   Now select which address you would like to add in for the filter.  Click on Add Filter.

Garage Spaces

Select the desired Garage Space number that your client would like and then click on Add Filter.

MLS_Number

Enter the desired MLS# separated by a comma and then click on Add Filter.

Cable/Tv Included

Select Yes or No from the drop down options and then click on Add Filter.

Common Access Card Included

Select Yes or No from the drop down options and then click on Add Filter.

Central Vaccum

Select Yes or No from the drop down options and then click on Add Filter.

Common Elements Included

Select Yes or No from the drop down options and then click on Add Filter.

Family Room

Select Yes or No from the drop down options and then click on Add Filter.

Driveway

Select the Driveway options your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Garage Type

Select the Garage Type options your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Listing Brokerage

Select Contains or Does Not Contain from the drop down menu and then enter in the Listing Brokerage name.  Lastly click on Add Filter.

Laundry Level

Select the Laundry Level options your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Laundry Access

Select the Laundry Access options your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Lease Terms

Select the Lease Term options your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Parking Spaces

From the drop down menu select which option you would like for parking spaces and then enter in the number of parking spaces where it says Enter value.  Lastly click on Add Filter.

Remarks for Clients

From the drop down menu select whether the remarks for clients "contains" or "does not contain"  then enter in the keyword where it says Enter value.  Lastly click on Add Filter.

Sort Order

Selected the desired Sort Order for your lead and then click on Add Filter.

Needs TLC

Click on Add to add the TLC filter.
