How to Change the Lead Owner for a Mobile Device

If you are on the go and you would like to change the lead owner while on your mobile phone or tablet, please follow these instructions.

Login to your CRM from your mobile device.

Select the lead that you would like to change the owner of.

Now click on the Details tab.

Click on Lead Owner.  You will see a yellow box around the lead owners name when you do this.  Click on the arrow facing downward.

Select the agent you will be assigning the lead to and you are all done.
