List of all the Search Filter Options for the V2 Listing Search (DDF)

Below is a list of all of the various search filters and how to use them.

NOTE: When creating a search for a client/lead, only use the filters that you need.

NOTE: All of these filters are available for those on the DDF

Map Radius/Polygon

Click on the Polygon button.  You will now map out the area that you would like to search for listings.  

NOTE: Please left click to create your points.  Make sure your first point and last point connect.  

After you have selected your area, click on Add.

City

Type in the City name in the search box and then click on the City at the bottom.  Afterwards click on Add Filter.

List Price

Choose from the drop down menu which option you would like to use.  

NOTE: You are unable to choose a price range at this time.  If you would like to use a price range for example listings between 500,000 to 600,000, you will need to do the List Price filter twice. The first one would be "Price is Equal to or Greater Than" 500,000.  The second one would be "Price is Equal to or Less Than" 600,000.

Add in the Amount and then click on Add Filter.

For Sale/Rent

Select either Lease or Sale and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: You are able to select both Lease and Sale.  Just note if you do this, a List Price filter will not find the appropriate listings.

Washrooms

Select the amount of washrooms your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  You may also just drag with your mouse to select more than one option.

Bedrooms

Select the amount of bedrooms your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  You may also just drag with your mouse to select more than one option.

Type of Home

Select the type of housing your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Basement

Select the basement options your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Basement 2

Select the amount of Basement 2 your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  You may also just drag with your mouse to select more than one option.

Type of Exterior

Select the type of exterior your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Pool

Select the pool option your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Waterfront

Select the Waterfront option your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Heat Source

Select the Heat Source your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Type of Heating

Select the Type of Heating your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Air Conditioning

Select the Air Conditioning option your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

MLS_Number

Enter the desired MLS# separated by a comma and then click on Add Filter.

Remarks For Clients

If you would like to add in some keywords, enter in the keywords where it says Enter Value and then click on Add Filter.

Water

Select the Air Conditioning option your lead is looking for and then click on Add Filter.

NOTE: To select more than one selection you can press the CTRL button and click more options.  

Listing Brokerage

Select Contains or Does Not Contact from the drop down menu and then enter in the Listing Brokerage name where it says Enter Value. Click Add Filter when you are done.

Sort Order

Selected the desired Sort Order for your lead and then click on Add Filter.

Needs TLC

If you would like to use the TLC Filter click on Add.
