How to Setup Your DDF Feed

If you are an AgentLocator client who is using the DDF feed, you will need to log in to your account to set up the feed for each URL with AgentLocator.


NOTE: If you are having any issues or questions with setting up your DDF feed, please contact CREA Support at +1‑800‑842‑2732


To get started login into your account.




1. Click on the My Tools tab and select Data Distribution Facility (DDF)


2. Click on Data Feeds


3. Click on Add a Data Feed button


STEP 1: Select National Shared Data Pool

STEP 2:  Select I will be engaging a 3rd Party Technology Provider to operate my Data Feed.


STEP 3: Select AgentLocator.Inc from the list.

STEP 4:  Now you need to enter in your Website URL - this is the domain name that you have purchased and is the website domain name that you have with AgentLocator.

NOTE: If you're having 2 websites with AgentLocator, then you would need to create 2 data feeds, one for each domain.



STEP 5:  Please select I want the Data Feed to PROVIDE ALL available listings.

Next click on Click to Review your Data Feed before Saving It.


Please review the information you have entered in.

If you need to make any changes, please click on Click to Go back

If Everything is correct, go to the bottom and click on the SAVE YOUR DATA FEED button
