How to Deactive / De-Activate an Email Campaign

If you have an email campaign that you are not using and you do not want to delete it, the best thing to do is to De-Activate the campaign.  De-activating the campaign will save the campaign, however it will not show up in the Email Campaign drop down menu.

Step 1:

Login to your CRM

Step 2:

Click on Emails and then Email Campaigns

Step 2:

Step 3:

Find the desired email campaign you want to deactivate and click on De-Activate.
