What is the Functionality Difference for An Admin Account Holder and a Non-Admin Account Holder

When adding in new account holders/ users to the system you have an option of setting that person up as an Admin.

Main Account Holder  - Admin Account

  • Access to see 100% of the leads
  • Ability to see 100% of the leads in the Live Lead screen
  • Ability to see the Partial Leads
  • Ability to create email templates
  • Ability to create email campaigns
  • Ability to create mass emails
  • Ability to customize their email header
  • Ability to customize their email signature
  • Ability to create and edit auto responders
  • Ability to add / edit Sources
  • Ability to change any of the Users settings
  • Ability to access the Manage Alert section for their account
  • Ability to add / edit the Drop Down Menu
  • Ability add / delete users
  • Ability to access Lead Sharing functions
  • Ability to access Lead Holder functions
  • Access to the Hide Lead List
  • Access to the Lead Tab
  • Access to Billing
  • Access to the Website Editor
  • Access to the Lead Gen Options
  • Access to the Help Menu
  • Access to the Our Academy

Admin Account
