How to Access the Monthly Mortgage Payments Options for Your Listing Emails

If you would like the monthly mortgage payments to show up in the listing emails that you send out to your buyer leads.  Simply follow these instructions

 

Step 1: Login to the CRM

Step 2: Access Your Profile Account

Click on Settings and then User Accounts

Now click on the Edit button beside the correct user Account.

Step 3: Email Campaign Listing Pages Options

Now you will need to scroll down to the Email Campaign Listing Pages Optons section of your profile

Step 4: Monthly Mortgage Payments

Now go to the end of the section to the Monthly Mortgage Payments option.  

1. If you would like to have the mortgage payments showing up in the listing emails, turn this feature on.  

2. If you would like to manually enter in the current mortgage interest rate, amortization period and initial down payment %, please enter in these values in section 2.

3. If you would like AgentLocator to automatically update the values in section 2 for you, please switch this from NO to YES.  

Step 4: Monthly Mortgage Payments

Step 5: Save

When you are done making your changes, scroll up to the top of the page and click on the Save button.
