Sending emails through our system is very easy. The benefit of sending it through our system and not another email provider is that you can track whether or not they have opened the email.
Login to the CRM System
Once you are logged into your CRM, find the desired lead from your homepage and click on their name.
Click on the Emails tab.
Click on Send Email.
Enter in the Subject/Title of the email
Click on Attach File to attach the file.
Click on Upload
Find the file you would like to attach on your computer. Double click the desired file.
Once the file has been uploaded, find it in the Folder and double click on the file.
You will now see the file name beside the Attach File button.
Enter the body of the email.
Please make sure you proofread your letter and spell check before sending it. There is NO undo button.
When you are done, click on Send Email.
TIP: If you would like to send this email to more than one person, you can click on add CC or add BCC.
You will now receive confirmation that your email has been saved. Click OK.
