How to Manually Validate a Contacts Email Address

First you will need to login to your CRM System

Now find and select the desired leads/ contacts name to access their lead profile.

Once you are in the leads profile, click on the Websites tab under the Lead Details section

Find the domain name in which the account is under and select it from the drop down menu.

Click on Validate Email

The system will let you know that the account has been validated.
