Property Details page on our websites offers an engaging and user-friendly experience. This layout enhances the presentation of property information, streamlines navigation, and aims to boost conversion rates for your real estate listings.
Interacting with the Image Gallery
The top of the page features an expanded, high-visibility image showcase that spans completely across the layout.
- View Multiple Photos: The first image takes up the majority of the space, flanked by 6 smaller image tiles. If a property has fewer than 7 images, the system automatically populates empty tiles with a "Photos coming soon" message
- Navigate Images: Click the Left or Right arrow navigation buttons to shift the gallery by one small tile at a time. You can also track your positioning using the navigation dots centered across the bottom of the image container.
- Open Full Screen: Click directly on any image to open the full-screen interactive image gallery overlay.
- Prompt Registration: If a visitor is unregistered, the system automatically overlays a registration modal over the smaller tiles. Unregistered users must sign up to view the remaining images (in accordance to the lead generation settings for your website)
Reviewing the Property Summary & Key Facts
Directly beneath the image gallery is a streamlined property summary section organized for scannability.
- Utilize Quick Actions: Locate the top line of the summary to find the Back to properties button, Like/Share buttons, and view toggles (Images, Map, Street View, and Virtual Tour).
- Check Price and Listing Status: Review the dynamic second line of the summary showing the property price, any price adjustments (reduced/increased labels), and the listing's duration status.
- Active/For Rent: Displays as "Listed X days/hours ago".
- Sold/Rented: Displays as "Sold on / Rented on [Date]" alongside total Days on Market.
- Examine Core Details: View the property address, city, community, MLS number, and home type directly beneath the price line.
-
Scan the Quick-Facts Box: Use the quick-glance icon grid to verify the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and parking spaces.
- Dig Into Key Facts: Review the three-row Key Facts for [Address] grid containing specific metadata (Basement type, Taxes, Lot Size, Maintenance fees, etc.).
Analyzing Similar Properties
The Similar Properties section uses localized map data and grid results to show relevant market comparables.

-
Switch Status Tabs: Click through the four designated tabs: Active Comparables, Rent Comparables, Sold Comparables, and Rented Comparables. By default, the system opens the tab that matches the current status of the property being viewed.
Note: If a specific status is disabled on your website or unavailable from your real estate board, that tab will be completely hidden.
- Interact with the Map: Use the + and - buttons on the map to zoom in or out.
- Locate Specific Pins: Spot the property being viewed by searching for the unique static pin (which does not show a preview on hover). All other comparable properties will display standard status-colored pins (e.g., Purple pins for Rent). Hover your mouse over any property tile beneath the map to instantly highlight its corresponding pin on the map. If there are more than 3 results, use the Left and Right arrows to scroll through the property cards.
Sticky Right Sidebar
As a user scrolls down the page, the right sidebar remains locked ("frozen") in place, ensuring key financial summaries and contact tools are always accessible.
-
Reviewing Fees & Estimated Mortgage: The top box displays the estimated monthly mortgage payment. Click the Calculate button to automatically slide the page down to the fully editable, embedded Mortgage Calculator.
Note: This feature is hidden for properties listed as For Rent or Rented. For Sold properties, the calculation automatically defaults to using the actual sold price.
- Verify Maintenance/Tax Fees: Look below the mortgage calculation to view any applicable Maintenance Fees, Property Taxes, or Association Fees. If any of these values are missing (null), they are hidden from the sidebar entirely.
-
Requesting a Tour or Chat: The primary call to action adapts based on whether the property is actively on the market or historically off the market.
- For Active Properties (For Sale / For Rent): Click either In-Person or Virtual Tour within the Request a Tour box. The chosen option highlights in blue (In-Person is selected by default). Tap a day tile on the 14-day scrollable calendar picker, or select the ASAP radio button.
- For Off-Market Properties (Sold / Rented): Adapted heading will be displayed: Interested in this neighbourhood? Let's have a chat!
- Note: If the visitor is not registered, a new lead will be created in your CRM when they submit their information
-
Ask a question: Locate the advertising agent info box and click the Ask a question button directly beneath it.
- Fill out your Name, Email, Phone Number, and your custom message in the pop-up modal text box.
- Submit Inquiry: Click Request information (or Request information and get access to all properties if unregistered) to send your inquiry straight to the assigned agent.
Updating your CRM
If an existing, registered lead fills out an inquiry form, CRM won't not override their existing phone/email data. Instead, a note will be added to their profile with the submitted details, we will log an incoming email and send you an alert about lead activity.
If there is no existing leads with the matching email address from this website, a new lead will be created instead and all the submitted information (same as for existing leads).
