Key Features:
- Automatic/Non-Automatic Access Revocation: A new configuration option allows you to choose whether an agent's access is automatically revoked when a lead is reassigned to another agent.
- Access Management in Lead Profile: A new section within the lead profile provides visibility into all agents/CRM users with access to that lead. Admin agents can manually revoke access from this section, except for admin agents or the currently assigned agent.
- Administrative Control: Administrators have full control over lead access management, being able to revoke or assign access based on operational needs manually.
