Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log in to the CRM: Open the CRM and enter your login credentials to access the dashboard.
- Select the leads you want to tag: On the main leads list screen, click the checkbox next to each lead you want to tag. You can also click the top checkbox to select all visible leads.
- Open Apply Actions: Once your leads are selected, click the Apply Actions button at the top of the screen to open the bulk action menu.
- Choose “Apply Tag” or “Remove Tag”: From the dropdown, select either Apply Tag to add tags or Remove Tag to remove tags from the selected leads.
