What You Can See in Ads Manager

By logging into your Facebook Ads Manager, you can view key performance metrics for your campaign at any time, including:

• Cost per lead

• Number of leads generated

• Impressions and reach

• Overall ad performance

This allows you to stay informed and monitor how your campaign is progressing.

What You Should Not Do

While you have access to view your ad performance, we kindly ask that you do not make any changes to your campaign. Our team actively manages and optimizes your ads to ensure the best possible results, and unauthorized changes can negatively impact performance.

If you'd like to make adjustments or have an idea you'd like us to test, simply email us at [e-mail]. We’ll assess your request and implement it in a way that keeps your campaign on track.

⚠️ Please note: If you make changes on your own that result in performance issues, our team will charge $200/hour to fix the campaign.

Pausing or Stopping a Campaign

If you wish to pause or stop your Facebook ad campaign, it’s important that you notify us directly by emailing [e-mail].

Please do not manually pause your campaign in Ads Manager, as this does not guarantee that your order with us will be paused in time for the next billing cycle. If your package does not include Facebook Ads management and you were paying for it separately, you may still be billed for campaign management until we receive confirmation from you.
