Video Tips:

  1. Your Objectives for your dials should be "Where are they in the process" and "when will they be needing our services"
  2. If a lead hasn't put in a real name or their full name, check their email address to see if their full name is in it and update their name in the CRM system.
  3. If a lead is "Just Looking" and you've had a good conversation with them, tag them with Monitor Activity.
