Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log into the CRM: Open your CRM and enter your login credentials to access the dashboard.
- Select your leads: On the main leads page, click the checkbox next to the first lead. To select multiple leads, choose additional checkboxes or click the top checkbox to select all visible leads.
- Open Apply Actions: At the top of the page, click Apply Actions to open the mass actions dropdown menu.
- Select “Set Mass Anniversaries”: From the dropdown menu, click the option labeled Set Anniversary .
- Enter the anniversary date: In the pop-up window, input the anniversary date you want to apply to the selected leads.
- Apply the change: Click Save or Apply to assign the anniversary date to all selected leads.
- Wait for completion: The system will process the request and display a notification once the update is completed.
