1. NEW FEATURE: Pipeline Status Filter
We are excited to release an update on a new filter we added to the CRM which is the Pipeline status filter. This filter allows you to search for leads by a specific pipeline status we had set in earlier for our leads. You can also narrow down or extend your search by selecting a timeframe, i.e., search for leads with by a specific pipeline status filter for the past year, past month, etc.
This filter actually allows you to get a better insight into how your pipeline works for you. You can also add Pipeline filter alongside the Pipeline status filter to get more specific search results.
For example, if you want to see all leads under specific pipeline status such as Sold, Tried to contact, New lead, etc., simply choose one and all leads with that status will appear in the search results.

2. SMS Overview - Performance Improvement
We noticed recently that the SMS overview tab was taking a considerable amount of time to fully load so we've made some adjustments to improve its overall performance.
With our new release, we significantly improved the SMS Overview tab's loading time, and regardless of the number of sent and received SMS messages, you can count on a more efficient and better overall performance of the SMS Overview tab.
