Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log into the CRM: Open your CRM platform and enter your login credentials.
- Navigate to the Overview menu: On the left-hand side menu, locate the flag icon, which represents the Overview menu.
- Open the SMS tab: Within the Overview menu, click on the SMS tab to access the SMS Overview page.
Set your filters: On the SMS Overview page, you can filter messages by:
- Timeframe
- Sent By
