Mass SMS Overview

This video provides an overview of the Mass SMS feature within the AgentLocator CRM. It explains how to send text messages to multiple leads at once by first filtering and selecting your audience, then using the mass actions tool to send a message or template. The video also highlights best practices, such as ensuring leads have valid phone numbers and being prepared to respond to incoming replies after sending a campaign.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log into the CRM: Open your CRM platform, enter your login credentials, and access the main dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Leads: From the main menu, go to the Leads section.
  3. Open the Overview tab: On the left-hand side, click on the Overview tab. Note: The Overview tab has a flag icon.
  4. Select Mass SMS Overview: Within the Overview options, click on Mass SMS Overview.
  5. Select a timeframe: Locate the timeframe filter dropdown and choose the desired date range for the Mass SMS you want to review.
  6. Apply the filter: Click Apply Filter. The system will generate a list of Mass SMS campaigns sent within the selected timeframe.
  7. Review campaign details: Each entry will display:
    • Date and time the SMS was sent
    • Progress
    • Status
  8. View the summary: Check the summary section for each campaign to see how many messages were delivered and not delivered.
  9. Navigate to related leads: Click the Navigate button located in the top right. This will take you to the main Leads page and display the leads associated with that Mass SMS.
