Twilio suspension - account verification

On the off chance your Twilio account is suspended and they send you an email asking to verify a couple of things (business address, how your users opt-in etc.), here's how you can reply:

Twilio phone number is utilized for sending text messages and dialing the leads from AgentLocator CRM.
It's set up with the following credentials:
Authentication Key
Account SID
Twilio Phone Number​


Visitors can register on the websites that you have with AgentLocator.

This site functionality requires/requests users to give us contact information (such as their email address) and personal information (such as their names, address phone numbers, and property details). The visitors contact and personal information is used to contact visitor when necessary and requested, but is primarily used to collect personal information necessary to effectively market and to sell the property of sellers, to locate, assess and qualify properties for buyers and to otherwise provide professional services to clients and customers. We do not sell, trade, transfer, rent or exchange personal information with anyone. We do not disclose information about individual visits to this site, or personal information that visitors provide, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc., to any outside parties, except when we believe the law requires it.

Visitors are giving consent to be contacted by registering on real estate websites as stated in privacy policy on the website as well.

Leads can opt out from being contacted by phone by notifying the real estate agent, or by replying "STOP" to any of the text messages.
