When a lead submits their information on Homeworth and you receive a complaint about the displayed value, please let the client know how we calculate the value:
Parameters used for Home Worth calculation are:
- Radius = 350 m,
- City,
- Al Home Type,
- Subtype (Type2),
- Radius center - calculated based on longitude and latitude of selected address.
For calculating the average price of sold properties take only the time period of the last 12 months into account since anything more than that is no longer relevant.
Values selected for the 'Square feet' field are not to be used in the price calculation.
