In this Release: calls and texts from numbers not in your database now automatically create a new lead, automatically assign campaigns based on Pipeline Status + new listing filters for multiple boards


Qualifying Questionnaires Are Finally Here!


With our latest Release, you can qualify your leads upon registration by setting up a qualifying questionnaire.


Sample questionnaires for buyer, seller, and rental leads have already been uploaded.


Please note that the questionnaires haven’t been automatically enabled. You’ll have to turn this feature on manually. This way, you can edit the questionnaire how you deem necessary before enabling it to pop up on your website upon registration.

The answers from the questionnaire will be forwarded to your email and available in the Notes & Calls section on the right side of your Lead Profile.


How to use this questionnaire:


This questionnaire is designed to make the lead qualification process faster. You’ll have more information about the leads and their current situation before even picking up the phone to call them. You can set up tags to be automatically assigned to your leads based on their questionnaire answers.


Please note that the default settings allow your leads to skip the questionnaire upon registration. If a lead decides not to fill in additional information, you’ll still get the lead.


Other New CRM Features in This Release


New Leads From Incoming Calls and Texts



Our system now automatically creates a new lead for every incoming call or text you get on your Twilio number from a number that’s not already stored in your CRM under an existing lead. This eliminates the need for you to manually enter leads into the CRM system but rather just update its information when you’re done with the call or responding to the lead’s text messages.


Now you can also start using your Twilio number on all your marketing materials (like open house flyers, business cards, your website, etc.). For example, on your open house flyers and signs, you could have a line that says, "Text 555 to [Your Twillio number] for more info about the property", and all the leads that contact you in this way will already be in your CRM.

Campaigns - Use Pipeline Status for Automatic Assignment Criteria



Pipeline Status has now been added to the automatic assignment criteria for your drip/nurturing campaigns.

For example, you can create a campaign for your unresponsive leads and use the Pipeline Status: Unresponsive as the criteria for automatically assigning the drip campaign to these leads.





We’ve added two new listing filters for members of BeachesMLS: High School Name and Middle School Name.




We’ve added a new listing filter for members of Miami MLS: Remarks for Clients.




We’ve added two new listing filters for members of TRREB: Waterbody Name and Extras. Extras is now combined with the Remarks for Clients filter and added to the property description.
