How Do I Change / Edit / Add / Revise My Lead Type, Lead Status, etc.

Login to your CRM

Under the Settings menu, click on Drop Down Menus

Find the Drop Down selection you would like to add another option to

1. Lead Status

2. Lead Type

3. Religions

4. Lead Rating

5. Task Status

6. Task Priority

Now in the name box, enter in the new option.
