Stay on top of every lead and deadline without ever leaving the CRM. You can now set personalized alerts for individual tasks, ensuring you never miss a follow-up.
Before setting reminders on specific tasks, decide how you want to be notified (Email, SMS, or both):
- Login to your CRM
- Open User profile settings and open Lead alerts tab
- Set "Alert when task is due" alert to Yes
- Choose your preferred delivery method under "Notify Agent via": Email, SMS, Email and SMS
- Click on Save to apply the settings
When enabled, can add a reminder while creating a new task or by editing an existing one within a Lead Profile or the Task Overview.
- Login to your CRM
- Open the lead profile
- Click on the task section to create a new task, or to edit an existing one
- Reminder setting is available as a dropdown. By default, this is set to "No reminder."
- You can choose between setting a reminder 15 minutes before, 30 minutes before, 1 hour before, 1 day before, or 1 week before the task is due.
- Click Save. Your reminder is now active!
Note:
- If there is an exact task match for more than 10 leads, users will receive one consolidated email reminder for all tasks, but individual SMS reminders for each task.
- If you change a task's status to "Completed" or move the due date to the past, the system will automatically reset the reminder to "No reminder."
